Website destinations and posting times vary by MLS and participating website and are subject to change.
Your property is entered into the local MLS by Select Premium Properties, Inc., our licensed real estate brokerage, and appears in the same MLS database used by other participating brokers. Express MLS Listings is simply our easy-to-remember marketing and online listing website. Agents will see a professional brokerage listing under Select Premium Properties, Inc., and the flat listing fee you paid is not displayed in the MLS.
Showing requests and agent inquiries are delivered directly to you through the MLS showing system. Your contact information also appears with your listing on SelectPremiumHomes.com. Any buyer or agent inquiries our brokerage receives about your property are forwarded directly to you. Your leads remain yours—we do not keep them or use them to solicit buyers as clients.
You may provide up to 50 property photos that will appear in your MLS listing and on associated real estate websites. Photos may be uploaded through your online account or emailed directly to us.
